Event and Promoter Management Team Member

Tugg is seeking a highly-organized individual to become part of our Event and Promoter Management team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment that exemplifies the start-up culture. This person will be asked to learn a great deal about the distribution industry, both through direct dealings with our theatrical and distributor partners, and by familiarizing one’s self with the Tugg platform. Working closely with event promoters, this person will utilize Tugg's event creation tool to facilitate theatrical screenings nationwide, as well as handle logistics in order to guarantee the success of these events. Much of this process will function as account management, working with multiple promoters from the beginning stages of planning an event all the way through the event's end, continuing to maintain those relationships to facilitate future screenings.

Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will develop an in-depth understanding of our partners and the parameters in which they function within the Tugg platform. The Event and Promoter Management position requires learning the procedure for creating event pages as well as navigating and updating event-tracking sheets. Working closely with other members of the Tugg team, this person will be expected to handle additional customer support responsibilities as the need arises.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing screening requests for event promoter nationwide
  • Creating event pages by utilizing Tugg's event creation tool
  • Maintaining relationships with promoter contacts
  • Facilitating multi-city film tours
  • Handling customer service issues when necessary

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with data management systems and Customer Relations Management systems and the ability to produce data reports from these systems

Recommended Skills / Abilities:

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service
  • Experience in account management
  • Ability to work in high pressure and time-sensitive situations

Customer Service Representative

Tugg is seeking a hard-working and affable individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment that exemplifies the start-up culture. The position will require the candidate to communicate with Tugg's various types of customers - event hosts, attendees, theater owners, filmmakers and more. The candidate will develop an in-depth understanding of various departments in Tugg interact with their respective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer service calls and emails
  • Assisting with online ticketing and ordering issues
  • Answering frequently asked questions about Tugg and it's various services/benefits
  • Managing all customer service requests in a CRM system
  • Liaising with Tugg departments to communicate customer needs and issues back to the organization

Database Management Associate

Tugg is seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Database Management Associate. The position will require the candidate to develop and maintain information systems that house Tugg's data for film content, venues, and events, and will work to understand how this data impacts Tugg's operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment that exemplifies the start-up culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Create records for various forms of incoming data
  • Maintain and upkeep the quality of existing data
  • Build and develop reports based on information within our system for internal and external use
  • Educate various team members on how to use data for their day to day responsibilities
